finally updating my blog again!
it seems quite dead>< haha:)

well, the past few days have been pretty good:)
in the sense that no bad things happened lahXD
its simpler to be contented and thankful for every day:)
keeps the positivity going!

anyway, went miss leong's house on sat :)
SUPER DUPER FUN ^_^
most of us played at the pool like no one's business
and after that we all had class bonding sessions playing TABOO:):)
btw miss leong's house is very near my house! so cool XD
Her house is so coolXP she even owns a rooftop!:)haha

just took maths test today:)
well, somehow for me,
i have come to a stage whereby tests do not really affect me :)
i mean "whats done cannot be undone" mah
so whats the point living in the shadow of the test?
might as well move on coz there are more tests to come:)
frankly, i knew i could have done better for the maths test
but oh well:)
treat it as a lesson learnt and better learn it now than make the mistake in the promos/common test/ALvels rite?:)

todays mass PE was still okay lah :)
and PW was COOL:)
we had to do this sort of test to see WHO we were:)
We were either turtle,shark,teddy bear,fox or owl:)
turtle:avoiding
shark:competing
teddy bear:accomodating
fox:compromising
owl:collaborating

and guess who i was?:)
i am a TEDDY BEAR:D
well, apparently, judging from my character , thats pretty fitting eh XD
but unfortunately, thats not the best ><
being an owl is the best
but nvm lah:) everyone is unique!
my scores for each animal were pretty close
except for the shark which was 14-.-lol!

now that maths test is over, i seem to have SO MANY things to do:(
but unfortunately, i feel very tired and stressed:( rahh!
but nvm lah:)
music and smiles help to brighten up my day:)
so i guess things will be better tmr!!!!:):)

today was a GOOD day:)
although i wasnt very academically inclined today but oh well :)
we had PE today!:)
softball again! yay!XD
hip hop dragons vs hip hop dinosaurs!!:)
even though hip hop dragons, including me were facing a shortage of pple.....
we still RULED!!:):) 3 homeruns in a row!:)
and i am so honoured to be one of the 3:)yay!

and we clashed and clashed and made ALOT of noise:)
ra-rah class but i love it:)
haha!
anyway rest of the lessons was pretty okay:)
after school, went home with meixian!:)
haha.. its been ages since we went home together le! just the both of us :)
kind of a coincidence lah!
met each other, found out each other was leaving sch
and poof!went home together:D

well, i din go home lah:)
i went SUN-DAC:)
it was good ! i saw chong siang:)
learnt a lot of new things today!
its always a new experience XD

settled some stuff too:)
after that, went home
and we went out of dinner!:)
coz its the last day of CNY!
so cool lah:)
becoz this is my first time going out to eat specially because of yuan xiao jie:)
although i din get to eat tang yuan:(rahh!

these few days have been tiring , stressful but fun :)

today was a good,busy but fufilling day:)
and i love the way how things fall into place without clashing^_^

lessons were pretty okay:)
oh n thankyou to my angel-AGNES:)and mortal-GRACE:)for the presents!
we had a lot of fun during PCCG:)

anyway had dance audition after school
well, it was not my best performance....
but thankfully not my worst:)
i hope we get in but then again,
every dance deserves to get in lah
coz every dance requires a lot of hard work and effort
on the part of the dancers and teacher><
nvm:) good luck to every dance!

had CSC after school:)
quite okay lah:)
well, although there are quite few people for CSC,
i am still quite thankful for having them :)
somehow i want to bond CSC members,
i know its hard because CSC is known like a "slack club"-.-
and people dun feel committed to it
but i really hope my batch of CSC pple feel a sense of belonging in CSC:)
maybe i am being too idealistic
but well, just try lah:Dat least i can answer to myself:)

after CSC, went to NYAA to hand in the forms:)
guess who i met in the train on the way to NYAA???

i like v'day because its a day when I really enjoy the joy of giving:)
even small gifts like sweets can brighten up someones day!:)
although i don't know how much my gifts mean to people
but i sure hope it contributed in brightening up their day=)

but i really spent a lot on this vday :(
but nvm:)just a simple smile/thankyou or the surprised but happy look on people's faces makes it all worthwhile:)

v'day is more about giving than receiving:)

i am really always very honoured and touched
when someone tells me that he/she finds my note/card/postcard to him/her
very meaningful
coz i know that he/she was genuinely touched by what i wrote and
he/she would really treasure it:)
well,perhaps that is why i like writing " essays"to people:D
and somehow i believe they will treasure it because its my 真心话 to them :)
well, words that come from the heart are the most genuine and are usually words that can reach out and touch people=D
i guess thats why its important to really do things, say things and treat people straight from your heart:D

we celebrated the birthdays of the feb babies as a class:) and guess how we celebrated? we lao-ed YUSHENG!!:) super duper cool n sweet lah:) even the yusheng was unique and cute^_^ ham was used instead of salmon coz of "financial constraints"or smth lyk dat accd to andrew:)lol! it was a first time experience and i think it was a successXD was almost late hahaha coz had history before that but luckily everyone made it on time :) and we had a FUN time xD as a class:) oohhh i think 5c12 totally RAWKS !!:):)

really looking forward to spending my senior high years with this class:)

the first two days of the year of the rat was GOOD!:)
very fufilling :)

first day--
went to the temple to pray
watched "ah long pte ltd"
went hongbao river
went chinatown for dinner:)

although it was quite tiring but very fun XD

today--
went visiting :)
visited 3 houses today haha!
and it was really nice coz i got to know about many things that i was unaware of
and i feel more encouraged n inspired XD heheheh

somehow, after this visit, i got to understand my mother's family more XD
yes:) i want to give it a try if she is willing to give me a chanceXD
yes i want to be a social worker asap :D

but for now, i feel contented :)

hopefully tmr will be better:)

its CNY eve today!:)
one of my favourite days of the year and so far, its been a pretty good day !^_^
all the traditional routines and stuff XD
somehow gives me a sense of identity :)
of being part of my family and as a Chinese XD
todays weather is also great !XDhaha:)

anyway, i decided to make some new year resolutions for the year:)
basically my priorities for this year would be
1.STUDIES
2.CCA
3.VOLUNTEERING

sounds perfect rite?:) but i know it will be really hard >
all this while, i have been saying about my ambition as a social worker and blah blah but when people actually ask about my volunteering history, i reflect back and see a blank sheet of paper in front of me. yeps. its really almost blank.:( compared to people who have been involved in so many community projects, somehow my dream as a social worker seems to be pretty pathetic.
If i want to be a social worker, i have to start now, I have to start accumulating experience now:)
i have to prove to myself that volunteering is really my passion and goal in life:)
i know that its going to be real tough, i am going to be real busy and going to have to make many sacrifices but i know its going to be worthwhile:D at least i hope so :D

its not empty talk>< i spent the whole afternoon searching for organizations to volunteer and i filled in the application form for 2 organizations le:) i know maybe its a bit ambitious but i just want to stretch myself a little further. If i cannot cope, i will have to let go eventually:) but i just want to have a go at it first. if other people can cope with studies and all their commitments, i dont see why i cant :)

so i must really JIAYOU for this year:) hopefully by the end of the year, i will have become a more mature volunteer:)

okay :) heres my new year resolutions!

2. save more money( i will need it in future)

3.be a more decisive , confident and outspoken leader(i will try:D)

4.be more positive ( yes, i still experience many negative feelings and moments><)

a brand new year means brand new hope:)
2008 is going to be a good year for me :)

well, just sent my nanjing buddy-sun chang off at changi airport><
din feel sad or anything thoughXD
maybe coz i was not really close to her
maybe coz of the troubles and problems her visit brought me
maybe coz i was tired
or simply maybe because there wasn't a need to:)
could tell she was happy to go home:)
just hoped she enjoyed her stay here:)

now that shes gone, its time to step back into REALITYo.O

but nvm:) its worth it for cny and
